Joshua Cryer
Chief Executive
Joshua started his career at Fidelity Investments, moving into Equity Capital Markets in 2010 at a specialist investor relations consultancy. As a Client Director, he was responsible for a number of FTSE and AIM listed clients across multiple sectors including TMT, Support Services, Real Estate, Industrials and Financial Services. Joshua’s expertise is advising management teams upon a wide range of capital markets problems, providing strategic advice, as well as helping corporates engage with investors to optimise value. Transactional experience – particularly advising on and raising capital – has also been a key area of expertise, with clear, independent advice always sat the heart of every client engagement. Joshua co-founded Radnor Capital Partners in 2016. In 2017, he was made Managing Partner, Chief Executive in 2019 and subsequently remains as Chief Executive of the enlarged h2Radnor group.
Iain Daly
Executive Director
Iain’s City career has spanned corporate finance; equity research; corporate development consulting and investor relations. Iain co-founded Radnor Capital Partners in 2016. The early part of Iain’s career was spent in corporate finance where Iain worked on a range of IPOs, secondary fundraises and M&A transactions. In 2000 Iain moved into equity research (RW Baird, Bridgewell, Ingenious, Canaccord Genuity). After leaving the sell side in 2009, Iain undertook a number of corporate development consulting roles, including time as an interim Head of Investor Relations for a listed media company. Iain joined the leading independent investor relations consultancy, Broker Profile, in early 2014. Working alongside his Radnor co-founder, Joshua Cryer, this was where the vision of a specialist, fit for purpose capital markets advisory business was born.
Tim Huddart
Executive Director
Tim believes that high quality, consistent and credible communications are some of the key ingredients for effective value creation. Working across both public and private companies both in Europe, the US and Asia, Tim has a track record in delivering positive outcomes.
He founded h2glenfern in 2004, which merged with Radnor Capital Partners to form h2Radnor in January 2024.
Before that, Tim led European equity sales desks and ultimately the debt and equity research teams for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Europe. With a relevant and accomplished career in capital markets, Tim is passionate about using his skills and experience to help businesses of all sizes improve their access to capital, maximise their efficiency and effectiveness and ultimately optimise value for stakeholders.
Stephen Greenwood
Non-Executive Chairman
Stephen has forty years’ experience operating as a Finance Director and Chief Executive in a number of complex and highly regulated business environments. Stephen has held various roles at board level and is currently Deputy Chairman at NOMAD and Broker, Allenby Capital. He is a chartered accountant with strong expertise is in the application of successful business principles and has a deep understanding of compliance oversight to FCA and LSE regulated activities. Having successfully fulfilled executive roles in a variety of industries, he also has broad experience advising across both private and public markets, particularly companies in the financial sector.
Melissa Weathersbee
Head of Operations
Melissa has over ten years of experience in office support roles and previously worked in the insurance industry before joining in 2018 as PA & Office Manager. Now, as Head of Operations, Melissa is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of h2Radnor. She engages with all areas within the business by managing the operation’s day-to-day requirements, procedures, and deliverables, with particular responsibility over IT, HR and manging service providers. Melissa also supports the Executive team by facilitating strategic pathways to ensure business growth and development.
Natalie Crisp
Office Manager & EA
Having originally joined the h2glenfern team in July 2018, Natalie is the Office Manager & EA at h2Radnor and is responsible for supporting the Directors and the day-to-day activities of the business.
Natalie graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Law.
James Blackburn
Senior Client Director
James originally joined in 2019 to focus on providing strategy and communications advice for businesses in both the public and private markets.
Before h2Radnor, James ran equities business development and product marketing for one of the world’s leading financial technology companies. He also served as Global COO for a mid-sized investment banking business and spent ten years at Merrill Lynch in New York and London where he became a Managing Director with specific responsibility for overseeing the equity sales and trading relationships with the firms largest US long-only and hedge fund clients.
Following a 30-year equity capital markets career, James has a broad range of relevant experiences and is exceptionally well placed to help clients navigate their way through structural changes underway in global equity capital markets.
Neville Harris
Client Director
Neville’s career had its roots in fund management (1980-2000) with roles split between running funds and undertaking research, with an increasing focus on Mid-Cap companies as time went by. In 2000, he co-founded IR Focus, an investor relations consultancy, with the aim of substantially lessening the “dialogue gap” between quoted companies and their major shareholders by more effectively building the equity story and backing it up through detailed investor feedback, often involving Investor Perception Audits, in addition to providing an outsourced IR function. In 2020 he and his corporate clients joined h2Radnor.
Alastair Gunn
Client Director
Alastair joined h2Radnor in January 2022. He works closely with private companies moving towards a liquidity event (sale, IPO, debt recapitalisation etc.) and with listed companies where there is an opportunity to assist in realising their valuation potential through improved communications, strategic input and shareholder engagement.
Alastair has over 30 years’ experience within financial markets. He began his career as a sell-side research analyst heading up teams covering real estate and transport sector’s both domestically and on a pan-European basis. He moved to the buy-side in 2007 with Jupiter Asset Management, managing award winning equity only and multi asset funds with the flexibility to invest globally across the small, mid and large cap universe. This also involved investing pre and post IPO and engaging with managements and NEDs on all aspects of day-to-day business, strategy and ESG to the benefit of all stakeholders.
Tom Chetwood
Director, Business Development
Tom joined h2Radnor in 2018 and is responsible for business development. He liaises with private and public market investors, corporates in both realms, M&A advisors, stockbrokers and placement agents in the UK and continental Europe. In the executive sphere, he advises the management of companies sponsored by private equity firms going through a sale process and helps asset managers with articulating their story to investors.
Before joining, Tom spent 22 years working for Cazenove, KBC, Macquarie and BNP Paribas. He headed equity sales teams in London and New York having started his career in equity research. His experience promoting Asian small and mid-cap companies to institutional investors in Europe and the US which gave him an early and illuminating education in the value of proper communication and the risk of unappreciated differences in expectations.
With his experience of the requirements and challenges facing both corporates and investors in multiple markets and under changing conditions, Tom is keen to bring the valuable benefits of h2Radnor’s service to all these counterparties.
Michael Wills
Client Support
Before joining h2Radnor Michael spent over 35 years working in equity sales for Cazenove, James Capel, BZW, ABN & JP Morgan. He has experience of both Asia Pacific and European equity markets, heading sales teams in London, Sydney and Hong Kong, and leading an Asian equity franchise with a small mid cap focus in both primary and secondary markets. Numerous interactions with senior company executives, from participating in management and client roadshows in Europe, Australia and Asia, has seen him develop an understanding on effective messaging and dialogue.
Robert Plant
Associate Client Director
Robert joined h2Radnor in 2023 having spent his +25 year career in equities mainly at JP Morgan Cazenove and more recently at Panmure Gordon. At JPMC, Robert was the number 1 ranked analyst in the Pan European Business and Employment sector for five years running in the Institutional Investor survey. Robert is experienced in understanding differentiated business models and strategies and therefore proficient in advising on all aspects of their capital markets strategy, especially how companies present themselves to investors and analysts. Robert has advised management teams continuously through his career having been the lead analyst on many corporate broking company situations and a wide range of IPOs.
Holly Ha
Client & ESG Associate
Holly graduated from Durham University with first-class honours in Archaeology and obtained the highest grade in her final-year dissertation on the effects of modern soil pollution and its impacts on agriculture. Holly previously worked as a research analyst advising Middle Eastern governments on preservation strategies for cultural heritage for undergoing commercial development. At h2Radnor Holly is passionate about sustainability and ESG and works across public and private companies of all sizes. She assists the Client Directors on corporate projects and advisory, collaborating closely with executive teams to navigate the challenges of capital and private markets and market communications.
Holly obtained a CISI Corporate Finance Certificate (Level 3) in November 2023.
Jake Brown
Associate
Jake joined h2Radnor as an Associate in September 2024. He previously worked in investor relations at boutique investment manager Oldfield Partners, supporting the client base for the firm’s equity funds. Prior to this, Jake worked in capital markets communications at Hudson Sandler, where he worked with a variety of AIM and FTSE-listed clients. He holds the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
Rod Oscroft
Senior Consultant
Rod has spent the last 25 years investing in the UK Smaller Company segment where he sought out undervalued business and invested for the long term. Rod started his Investment Management career at Hermes and then for the last 20 years at Legal and General Investment Management. At L&G; he managed the c.£1bn UK Smaller Companies Fund and was also Head of Active Equities, responsible for c£8bn in assets. He has significant experience in building open relationships with management teams and engaging on numerous topics and corporate events from remuneration through to Board structure, management change, IPO, M&A; and fundraisings. As a Senior Consultant, Rod will be working with h2Radnor’s clients, advising on how the companies are positioning themselves in the market, their equity stories and providing a fund manager’s perspective on a broad range of capital markets issues.
Mike van Dulken
Director, Capital Markets
Mike joined h2Radnor as a Senior Associate in late 2019 and now holds the position of Director, heading up a Capital Markets Desk of four, focused on engaging investors from small private wealth to medium sized family offices to large institutions. He makes full use of his early career experience as an equity analyst (Jefferies International, Société Générale) to help the desk with communicating a range of small and mid-cap equity stories and situations efficiently, as well being able to challenge investor perceptions and encourage improved market understanding.
Anna Maria Mfutila
Team Assistant
Before joining h2Radnor in 2022, Anna Maria worked as administrative support in property and law businesses. At h2Radnor, Anna Maria works primarily with Capital Markets desk. In her role, she liaises with clients and third-party companies to coordinate roadshow logistics. Managing a busy schedule on the Capital Markets desk, Anna will align external requirements and internal diaries, ensuring all parties are catered for. Anna also assists the wider h2Radnor team daily and supports the smooth running of the office.
Elliot Hance
Senior Associate, Capital Markets
Elliot started his career in 2013 as part of the Capital Markets team at a private client broker, specialising in IPOs, and fundraisings on public markets. Most recently Elliot worked in Equity Sales at Singer Capital Markets, focusing on small and mid-cap companies across all sectors. This role involved developing trading and investment ideas for institutional clients managing a range of strategies. Elliot also developed the Professional Investor Network with the aim of improving engagement between companies and investors. Throughout his career, he has built long lasting and trusted relationships with institutions, wealth managers and family offices.
Mark Wilson
Associate, Capital Markets Desk
Mark joined h2Radnor in November 2024 as an Associate on the Capital Markets Desk. Prior to this, he spent three years at Foresight, a sustainability-led global investment manager. During his time at Foresight, he was a Business Development Manager distributing OEICs, Investment Trusts, Private Equity, and Infrastructure Funds to investors. He also collaborated closely with the Institutional IR team on investor engagement, sales messaging, and communication strategy for Foresight’s investment trusts. His experience enables him to engage with both new and existing investors, positioning ideas that would be beneficial to them.
Simon Chisholm
Special Adviser
After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) Simon was an asset manager for 8 years the majority at Henderson Global investors where he was Head of Global Smaller Companies funds. He then joined Berenberg Bank in 2002 establishing their capital markets business which he led for 11 years building it across multiple European countries and North America. He then founded the capital markets consultancy, Feros Advisers, after spending 20 years of his career in the investment arena as a fund manager with Henderson. In 2022, Simon was hired by Rothschild to join their recently acquired agency stockbroker Redburn (Europe) Ltd where he held the position of Head of Equity Capital Markets. Simon now works as a senior advisor for R&Co as well as acting as an independent consultant and adviser. In addition, Simon is the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at SigmaRoc Group.
